Internships

Congressman Tom Barrett is accepting internship applications for his Washington, D.C., and Lansing offices.

Interns in Congressman Barrett’s office will have the opportunity to serve the people of Michigan’s 7th Congressional District while developing a foundational understanding of the functions of a Congressional office and learning about the federal legislative process.

Applicants with Michigan ties are preferred, but not required. Internships are available for undergraduate students or graduate students throughout the fall, spring, and summer quarters.
