Programmatic, Language, and Community Project Funding Requests 

This form should be used to submit programmatic, language, and community project funding requests for any of the twelve FY26 House Appropriations bills. For your request to be given consideration, you must complete the form below for each programmatic funding and/or bill or report language request. Multiple requests in one submission WILL NOT be accepted. Please submit each request individually. For convenience, we are using one form for all appropriations requests. Please ensure you are filling out the relevant section for your request.

Reminder: You MUST submit letters of support to Barrettappropriations@mail.house.gov for us to process your CPF Request.
